    You can cancel your order for any item sold by WengerNA.com, provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process. If the item you want to cancel has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled. You will have to contact a Customer Service representative for assistance, please call 1-800-267-3577 or 1-800-447-7422, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Time from Labor Day to Memorial Day. Summer Hours (Fridays only from Memorial Day to Labor Day) are 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM.

  4. What shipping methods do you use?
    First Class Mail or UPS Ground to the United States only. Most orders will ship in one to two business days. Wenger N.A. can not guarantee the arrival of your package. For more information, visit www.ups.com for UPS Ground or www.usps.com for First Class Mail.

  5. How are your shipping charges calculated?
    This Shipping Rate Chart is used to calculate shipping charges.

  6. What is your return policy?
    All sales are final. We will only replace defective merchandise within 7 business days of receipt.
