Swiss Watches - Frequently Asked Questions

Watch Instructions and Information

  1. How do I get links added or removed from my Wenger watch?
We recommend that you take your watch to a local jeweler. They will have the tools necessary to perform this procedure. Most jewelers will do it free of charge, or for a nominal fee. If you prefer to send it to Wenger NA, please note that you will incur a $10shipping/handling fee, and will have to wait a minimum of 3 weeks to have it processed.

Contact Customer Service at 1-800-267-3577, or via email at customer@wengerna.com.

  3. Where is the case back number located?
The case back number is located on the back of your watch, right below the words "Swiss Made" If you are unsure of the model watch you have, this is the number Customer Service uses to identify your watch model.

  4. My watch says Swiss Military, not Wenger. Is it a genuine Wenger watch?
Yes, it is a genuine Wenger watch. We also offer watches under the names of Swiss Military, and Swiss Sport. Your watch is a genuine Wenger watch if it has Wenger, Genuine SAK, SMT Design, or Genuine on the face and / or case back of your watch.
