The results are in: Vermont is the healthiest U.S. state (for four years running), followed by Hawaii, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts. Several factors — including obesity, smoking, diabetes and sedentary lifestyle — served as the criteria for this list compiled by the United Health Foundation. How high (or low) did your state rank?
