–3 cups old-fashioned Oats
–3/4 cup ground Flax
–1 tsp ground Cinnamon
–1 cup (each) – Peanuts, Pecan Halves, Raisins
–1 cup creamy Peanut Butter
–1/2 cup Honey
–1/2 cup organic Jam (any flavor)
–2 tbsp Canola Oil (or coconut oil)

Directions
1. preheat oven to 300 degrees – line baking sheet with parchment paper
2. in a large bowl, combine Oats, Flax, Cinnamon, Peanuts, & Pecans
3. in a small bowl, melt Peanut Butter and Honey together (30 seconds, fast and runny)
4. pour Peanut Butter and Honey over Oats
5. add Jam and Oil to Oats – gently mix
6. spread to baking sheet, bake for 40 minutes, stirring halfway through
7. remove from oven, add raisins, let cool, uncovered, for thirty minutes
8. devour

Spicy Peanut Noodle

Ingredients
Dry:
–1/4 cup dehydrated Veggies (carrots, peppers, peas, etc…)
–1/4 cup Coconut Cream Powder
–1/2 cup Stock Cube (beef, chicken, vegetable)
–1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
–1/4 cup textured Vegetable Protein
–5 oz. Rice Vermicelli Noodles
–handful of chopped Peanuts

Wet:
–2 tbsp crunchy Peanut Butter
–1/2 – 1 tsp Thai Green Curry Paste
–1 tsp rice (or cider) vinegar
–1/2 teaspoon Soy Sauce

Directions
On the Trail:
1. mix Wet Ingredients
2. mix Dry Ingredients
3. mix together with noodles
At Home:
1. Boil 2 cups of Water
2. add Dry Ingredients to separate pot
3. add Boiling Water to Dry Ingredients until Veggies are submerged
4. cover and let Dry Ingredients sit for 5 minutes
5. add Wet Ingredients to hydrated Dry Ingredients, stir well
6. meanwhile, cook Noodles in original pot – minutes on medium and drain<
7. add Sauce, cook until sauce is boiling, add Water as needed
