As guests of the Cayo Espanto resort, you’ll be entitled to a wide range of amenities, including a personal housekeeper, linens made from Egyptian cotton, and a private sun deck. The Casa Ventatas bunaglow is available starting at $1,595 per night during the summer and fall, and $2,195 per night during the winter and spring.
Hilton Bora Bora Nui Resort & Spa

Lodgings at the Hilton Bora Bora Nui start at 67,500 Polynesian francs ($765) per night.
Punta Caracol Acqua Lodge
Located on Panama’s Bocas del Toro Island, this interconnected series of nine overwater suites has quickly become one of the most popular ecotourism destinations in Central America. Solar panels provide electricity to all units, while a renewable energy-powered bio-digestor decontaminates each bungalow’s water supply. Lodging rates fall between $245 and $600 per night, depending on the size of suite and number of occupants.

The resort’s amenities include a full-treatment spa, on-site boutique, and access to activities like Scuba diving, snorkeling, and kayaking. Song Saa enjoys a sustainable relationship with its natural environment by managing the local marine reserve, maintaining a state-of-the-art waste management program, and operates an education and research center on the island. Overwater bungalow rates start at $1,741 per night.
Vahine Island Resort
One of the finest resorts in all of French Tahiti, each bungalow at this overwater establishment feature a king-size bed, full bathroom, comfy indoor lounge, covered outdoor terrace, and a hammock that overlooks a lagoon so blue that photos don’t do it justice. Two people can sleep in the 230-square foot bungalow, and nightly rates vary between $709 and $809 (depending on when you visit).
W Retreat & Spa
Located on Fesdu Island in the Maldives, this lavish resort offers a wide range of beachfront cottages, and villas. However, the centerpiece is the two-bedroom Seascape Escape suite that features a king-sized bed, sun-deck with barbecue amenities, outdoor lounge overlooking the turquoise Indian Ocean, wine fridge, and a glass-floored indoor room. This option is also, notably, quite expensive at $6,000 per night. Thankfully, the other, almost as astounding rooms are available for a fraction of this price.
